A fresh, aromatic scent that winds through the streets of Palermo and tells the story of Morus.
The legend of Medusa is a tale of poison, a fire that burns and ignites the deepest darkness of the human heart.
The poison is insidious: it infiltrates, envelops, transforms. Little by little it traps you, unexpectedly and unstoppably.
It is a powerful feeling that corrodes the soul, tormenting and consuming from within.
In its origins, the poison was a love potion, a mysterious and intense bond, often linked to tales of passion, hatred, jealousy and envy.
In Greek mythology, Medusa is one of the three Gorgons, daughters of the sea deities Phorcys and Ceto.
She is described as a terrifying creature, with a head crowned by poisonous snakes, capable of turning anyone who met her gaze to stone.
But was Medusa really a monster from the start?
It is said that she was once beautiful, desired by many, but her own magnificence attracted envy and sorrow.
According to the myth, it was Poseidon, lord of the sea, who raped her in the temple of Minerva.
In revenge, the goddess transformed her: she hid Medusa’s once-pure face behind the aegis and turned her hair into poisonous snakes.
