Sikelia Nikos Unisex Eau de Parfum.
This aldehydic fragrance is inspired by the legend of Colapesce, the scent of the sea and the breeze carried by the wind.
The fragrance is inspired by the legend of Colapesce.
It is said that in Sicily there lived a young man named Cola, who loved the sea above all else.
His mother, exasperated, cursed him: ‘If you love the sea so much, turn into a fish!’ And so, the curse came true.
Cola was transformed into a creature half-man, half-fish.
His fame reached King Frederick II, who wished to put him to the test.
The king cast his crown into the depths of the sea, promising great riches if Cola could retrieve it.
Cola plunged beneath the waves, but in the deepest depths he discovered an even greater truth: one of the three pillars supporting Sicily was on the verge of breaking.
So he chose to remain in the depths, holding up the island with his own hands to prevent his homeland from sinking. Since then, it is said that Colapesce still lives at the bottom of the sea and that, when the earth trembles, it is he who shifts the shoulder on which he supports Sicily.
A symbol of devotion, sacrifice and an eternal bond with Mother Earth.
