Who can buy in the online store?
The Scentuary online store is a service exclusively for adults acting as end consumers. If a company is interested in purchasing items from the online store, please contact our Customer Service team (info@scentuary.com).
Measures related to the sale of products in physical establishments and online sales
Article 21 of the Royal Decree-Law establishes that, during the state of emergency or any possible extensions, the deadlines for returning products purchased by any means, whether in person or online, are suspended, and will resume when the state of emergency expires. Although the wording of this provision may be somewhat confusing, the preamble to the Royal Decree-Law apparently justifies this measure based on the legal right of consumers to withdraw from purchased products, the current deadline for which is fourteen calendar days. Notwithstanding the foregoing, conflicts of interpretation cannot be ruled out in the event of a conventional extension of the indicated deadline (a fairly common practice in both in-person and online sales) and even for the purposes of calculating deadlines in the case of returns arising from the legal warranty regime for the purchase of defective products or when dealing with commercial guarantees undertaken by the seller.

Searching for products in the online store is a very simple process. You can search by family and subfamily, by product type, or by brand. You can also use our comprehensive search engine. Additionally, when you select a specific product, the system will suggest a series of related items of interest. If you can't find a specific product or brand, please contact us so we can address your request.
How can I get more information about the product?
To learn more about the product, click on the item you've chosen. A screen with informative text and photos will appear. The photos can be enlarged for better viewing.
How can I know the cost of the products?
Item prices are specified on each product page. The Scentuary reserves the right to change prices at any time, in which case the valid price will be the one on the date of online purchase.
How can I purchase a product?
Adding new products to your shopping cart is very simple. The "Buy Now" option is available on each product listing. You can add as many products as you like, up to a maximum of 5 of the same item.
How do I execute the purchase?
In the upper right corner of the screen, you'll find the "Your Shopping Cart" section, where you can view the items you've selected at any time. When you've completed the purchase process, click the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart. You will then be asked to log in and enter your contact information and delivery address. You can access your shopping cart at any time to view and/or edit your shopping list, as long as the order has not been processed.
Recommendation for the use of products
Many products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if signs of irritation appear. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use unspecified products on children.

Are there any restrictions?
The Scentuary reserves the right to set limits on orders received. Should any issues arise, Customer Service will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please write your request through the form to our email: info@scentuary.com . Include your email address and your order number to ensure fast processing and quick management.
Please note that in both cases orders can only be modified or cancelled while they are being prepared in our facilities, once sent they cannot be modified or cancelled, changes and returns can be made according to the established circuit. (RETURNS Section)
Can I exchange one product for another?
Once the purchase has been made, The Scentuary will accept any exchange as long as the product has not been used. Shipping costs will not be covered if the exchange is not due to an error on our part.

What methods can I use to pay?
The Scentuary allows payment for purchases made in the online store in the following methods:
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
Is payment made in a secure environment?
The Scentuary uses a payment platform that allows for the highest level of security during the purchasing process. The platform follows Visa and MasterCard's 3DSecure standards: each transaction requires cardholder authentication from the card issuer. All transactions made through Banc de Sabadell's payment platform are guaranteed the highest level of security, confidentiality, and integrity for participating agents: cardholders and their issuers, and merchants and their acquiring entities. The Scentuary online store only accepts Visa and MasterCard payments.
Why might my credit card be declined?
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
- The card may have expired. Check that your card has not exceeded its expiration date.
- The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank to ensure that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
- Some of the information entered may be incorrect. Check that you have filled out all the required fields correctly.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?
Yes. You just need to select the "company" option under Personal Information and fill in the requested tax information. If you require an invoice, please contact Customer Service (info@scentuary.com).
Shipping
Which courier service will transport my order?
The Scentuary has reached an agreement with Correos Express, a highly trusted logistics operator with global coverage.
What costs and services do you have in transportation?
Correos Express costs €3.49 for a standard service with a minimum purchase of €29 to qualify for free. CLICK&COLLECT (in-store pickup) is free for a 24/72-hour service with no minimum purchase.
Where will I receive my order?
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Shipments to PO boxes are not accepted. The customer agrees to provide an address where the order can be delivered during normal delivery hours. In the event of failure to comply with this obligation, Julia España Perfums S.A. will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the requested order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The Scentuary will prepare shipments within a maximum of 48 hours from the day after purchase confirmation, unless the order is placed on a Friday, in which case it will be processed the following Monday. Once the order has been delivered to the courier, the delivery time will depend on the destination country. If the delivery time changes, this will be clearly indicated in the online store. As a general rule, orders will always be received within a maximum period of 24/72 hours. This may vary in cases of force majeure.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your order details and a link to track the entire process, from preparation to final delivery.
Will I receive any compensation in case of loss or damage during shipping?
Shipping costs include the specific insurance offered by the carrier. In the event of loss or damage, the Buyer may be entitled to compensation. Such compensation will be subject to the corresponding claim by the Buyer to The Scentuary, and by The Scentuary to the company responsible for the shipment. It will be effective only if the company responds, assuming responsibility for the loss or damage, and the latter actually makes payment as compensation in accordance with the terms of the insurance included in its services.
Returns
Can I return my order?
The goal of The Scentuary online store is for its customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so as long as it meets the return conditions.
- The return must take place within one month of the purchase confirmation date.
All items returned must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, with the original packaging and tags attached.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that have been altered. Returns will only be accepted for items that are in their original packaging and have not been opened, tried on, or tampered with. Exchanges are not accepted for makeup items.
In cases where all return conditions are not met, The Scentuary will not accept the return and will inform the customer via email. The Scentuary reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent outside the specified timeframe or items that are not in the same condition as when delivered.
Who bears the cost of the return?
Shipping costs (including duties, customs fees, and similar charges) will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
