The top notes open with an unexpected and intriguing energy: aromatic and resinous juniper berries blend with the velvety warmth of davana and the spicy freshness of ginger.

At the heart of the fragrance, myrtle—the undisputed symbol of Mediterranean nature—finds a new voice through the delicate, romantic embrace of rose and the golden touch of osmanthus.

The base notes reveal an enveloping trail. Musk intertwines with the warm woody nuances of Cedar and Patchouli, offering a seductive and lingering finish that leaves an unforgettable impression

The Intenso Collection comprises three exclusive fragrances: Basilico, Ginestra and Mirto, unique olfactory interpretations that celebrate the essence of the raw materials and tell stories of authenticity, nature and innovation.

For this project, Carthusia renews its prestigious collaboration with the renowned Italian Master Perfumer Luca Maffei, who is joined on this occasion by the celebrated Parisian partner Antoine Lie.

Together, the two perfumers have brought to life three olfactory creations that embody a passion for research and artisanal excellence.
