Intenso di Basilico is a fragrance that tells the story of the present whilst looking to the future, with the timeless elegance of Carthusia.

The opening is an explosion of energy: Bergamot and Mandarin provide a bright citrus touch, whilst Pink Pepper adds a spicy, vibrant note, like a bold accent that immediately captures the attention.

At the heart, the undisputed star is basil, which intertwines with the lightness of tea leaves and the floral delicacy of jasmine.

The base notes envelop the fragrance in a warm and sophisticated trail.

Cashmeran, with its soft, woody texture, blends with Patchouli and the elegant freshness of Vetiver.

The Intenso Collection comprises three exclusive fragrances: Basilico, Ginestra and Mirto, unique olfactory interpretations that celebrate the essence of the raw materials and tell stories of authenticity, nature and innovation.

For this project, Carthusia renews its prestigious collaboration with the renowned Italian Master Perfumer Luca Maffei, who is joined on this occasion by his celebrated Parisian partner Antoine Lie.

Together, the two perfumers have brought to life three olfactory creations that embody a passion for research and artisanal excellence.
