New York Flowers Eau de Parfum
Bond No.9 New York Flowers Eau De Parfum. New York Forever is a powerful fragrance for a powerful city, says Laurice Rahmé, founder of Bond No.9. Our very heritage inspires New York Forever." Bond No. 9 opened at 9 Bond Street between Broadway and Lafayette in 2003, when French art student and antique dealer Laurice Rahmé launched her vision of creating sumptuous fragrances inspired by the beauty of New York.
New York Forever is the culmination of the brand's undying devotion to New York after two decades of operation. Although the streets have evolved, Rahmé highlights the dynamic creative energy of a city that allows its residents and visitors to freely express themselves.
THE COMPOSITION
Acclaimed perfumer Domitille Michalon-Bertier was inspired by travel and the luxuries of nature to create a fragrance "wrapped in the soft glow of amber and elegant deep greens."
The top note is a distinctive cinnamon bark harvested in Sri Lanka during the rainy season from trees carefully selected for their age.
The heart features sustainably sourced Indonesian patchouli with a hint of sweet vanilla and Spicy.
At its base, this oriental fragrance contains ambrein for a rich scent of honeyed amber, musky labdanum, and earth.
The exotic notes give a subtle nod to the early Dutch settlers of New Amsterdam, known for their art.
THE PACKAGING
Befitting an anniversary fragrance, New York Forever's motto is "go big or go home." The famous silhouette of the Bond No. 9 bottle has never looked so regal, and the red heart design recalls Milton Glaser's original homage to New York City.
The cap is one of the classic coins with the Bond No. 9 logo, inspired by New York City subway tickets.
